Return Policy

Smokers Vice, Inc. accepts returns on unused products within 15 days of delivery. We do not accept used product returns under any circumstances. All returns MUST have a valid RMA number. You may request this number by email to support@smokersvice.com with a reason for your return.

We will accept returns on all unused products, as well as electronics if they are received back to SVI in their original, unopened packaging, up to 15 days after the order was shipped. If the product has been used, even just one time, SVI cannot accept the return.*

We go through great lengths to provide an accurate representation of our products on our site through detailed descriptions, and high resolution photos. If you have any questions, please email us before making your purchase.

  • Returns are in exchange for Smokers Vice store credit or a refund.
  • Shipping charges and rush processing fees are non-refundable.
  • Unfortunately we are not able to accept returns for orders shipped outside of the United States. All international purchases are final.

In order to return an item, you will have the option of using a Smokers Vice provided, prepaid shipping label (the cost of the postage will be subtracted from your refund) or shipping the item back using your own label. You will be responsible to re-pack the item(s) in the original packaging and box that in came in. Your credit will be issued upon receipt of the goods by Smokers Vice.

Here is the process to make your return:

    1. Email us at support@smokersvice.com within 15 days of the date your shipment shipped out of SVI. Include your order number and list the item(s) and reasons for the return.
    2. Re-pack your item(s) in the original, new (unused) condition in which you received it.
    3. Merchandise must be received back to SVI within 10 business days of the date you requested your RMA Number or the refund will be denied.
    4. If using our prepaid shipping label, consumer agrees to pay all shipping charges on the return which will be deducted out of the refund.
    5. If item is returned damaged or lost, consumer will not be refunded.
    6. Please return all items (parts) associated with your purchase. Some items may have accessories that came with it. If all parts are not returned, you may be charged for those that are missing, or up to 50% of the product cost.
    7. Upon inspection of the item(s) returned, a full store credit will be issued or credit to your credit card within 48 business hours of SVI receiving the package.

* Once the returned item is received back to SVI, it will be inspected. If the item is deemed used, it is immediately destroyed. The used item cannot be replaced, exchanged and a refund will not be issued. We will take appropriate action to prevent any future orders from that customer account.
